Norwich boys’ soccer creates chances but falls to Unatego/Franklin

FRANKLIN –The Norwich Purple Tornado boys’ soccer team played non-league game against the MAC’s Unatego/Franklin in Franklin on Monday evening. Norwich returned home with a 7-2 loss.

Despite the scoreline, Norwich put together an encouraging performance, firing over 30 shots on goal and controlling play for much of the match.

“We outplayed them for a majority of the game,” coach Michael Oberg said.
