SYRACUSE – On Monday evening, the Oxford Blackhawks volleyball team traveled to Syracuse to take on Nottingham High School to begin the 2025 season. Oxford fell 3-2 on the road by final scores of 24-26, 25-22, 20-25, and 10-15).

Kassidy Miller led the Blackhawks with 47 assists while Emerson LaMonica and Reagan Long both had 12 digs. Long also contributed with 14 kills as Gabby Palmer led the team with 17 digs.
