Greene boys soccer defeats Southern Cayuga in overtime to stay unbeaten

GREENE – Following the girls’ game, the Greene Trojans boys’ soccer team hosted non-league opponent Southern Cayuga on Tuesday night. Greene stays unbeaten after a 2-1 overtime victory.

Paxson McCumiskey scored with 9:13 remaining in the first half to put the Trojans up 1-0.

Greene nearly picked up the shutout victory, but the Chiefs scored with three seconds left in regulation on a penalty kick, sending the game into overtime.
