Oxford Golf stays hot, picks up win against Sidney

OXFORD – After taking on Bainbridge-Guilford the night before, the Oxford Blackhawks golf team was right back at their home course, Bluestone, to face a tough Sidney team. Oxford sneaked away with a 210-227 victory.

Bennett Paden led the Blackhawks with an all-around low of a 37 with Freshman Uri Tracy climbing in at the two spot this match after finishing with a 39. Degan Endress shot a 43 as Blake Barrows finished with a 44 and Edward Johnson with a 47. Clayton Carlson continues to gain valuable experience and finished as the sixth golfer with a 48*.
