HERKIMER – The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves boys’ soccer team fell to the Herkimer Magicians 5-1 on Thursday. The Timberwolves got on the board in the first half off a goal by Will Leinbach, but could not create any other scoring opportunities. The Magicians had a 3-1 lead at halftime and added on in the second half. S-E’s JJ Fischer made 12 saves in the loss.

S-E (1-3) continues a three-game road trip, taking on Adirondack on Saturday at 11 a.m.
