Greene golf defeats UV/GMU

GREENE – The Greene Trojans golf team hosted UV/GMU at the Genny to wrap up the 2025 home schedule. Greene came away with the 211-260 victory.

Trent Drew led the Trojans with a 35, even on the par-35 course. Cooper Flanagan followed with a 38 as Max Drozen shot a 44 and Logan Roth with a 46. Kiefer Evans finished with a 48 as Orion Lamen was the sixth golfer with a 49*.

UV/GMU was led by Carter Simons, who finished with a 41 as both Declan Potter and Kyle Keuhn shot 53s.

Gavin Underwood finished with a 56 as Asher Hackett had 57 and Nick Church with a 61*.

Greene (9-3) travels to Oxford today at 4 p.m. as UV/GMU (1-11) hosts Oxford on October 2 at 4 p.m.
