GREENE – On Monday, the Greene Trojans girls’ soccer team continued their homestand with a MAC league matchup against Unatego. With the game tied at two under five minutes remaining in regulation, Greene scored the game-winner to take the 3-2 victory.

Lexi Cloyd scored for the Trojans, along with Miah Cragle, who adds on to her total goals. Cragle now has nine goals on the season. The game-winner was a goal from Melana Gregware, assisted by Hailey Butler with 3:20 left in regulation.

Quinlin Cavanaugh secured the victory in net for the Trojans, where she finished with 15 saves.

Greene hosts Sidney for senior night on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
