Norwich boys’ soccer ends 2025 season with win over JC
JOHNSON CITY– The Norwich Purple Tornado boys’ soccer team traveled to Johnson City for the final regular season matchup. Norwich snapped a long skid with a 6-3 victory.
James Sprague led the Purple Tornado with four goals and one assist. Liam Ballin added two goals and an assist. Wyeth Stafford and Collin Reid had two assists while Cameron Moore finished with one assist in the win.
Senior goalie Joe Hall made 20 saves on 16 shots, including some incredible saves to keep Norwich in the lead. Norwich finished the season with a 3-12 record and 2-0 in Class A games with wins over Owego Apalachin and Johnson City.
