WINDSOR — On Saturday, the Afton/Harpursville Crimson Knights field hockey team traveled to Windsor high school to face Vestal in the Section IV, Class B championship game. Afton/Harpursville received a bye in the first round after earning the top seed, finishing 11-4 after the regular season concluded.

The Crimson Knights fell 3-1 to Vestal, finishing runner-up, for the second consecutive year.

Makenna Schultz scored the lone goal for Afton/Harpursville off an assist by Adriana Hartman.
