MADISON-- The Otselic Valley Vikings boys' basketball team faced Madison on the road Tuesday night. The Vikings fell 74-51 in the high-scoring affair.

OV was outscored from the start 24-13 in the first quarter and were held to just six points before halftime.

The Vikings tried to catch up in the second half but Madison stayed strong to secure the win.

Lukas Schieferstein led OV with 26 points, going seven-for-10 at the free-throw line.

Owen Davis finished with 10 points, going three-for-five at the free-throw line.

Caleb Loomis added seven points as Logan Foster had four and Tommy Kenyon and Konyr Clemens both had two points.

OV (5-5) hosts Cincinnatus on Friday at 7 p.m.
