OV boys snap three-game skid in win over Remsen

REMSEN-- On Thursday, the Otselic Valley Vikings boys' basketball team traveled to take on Remsen. OV snapped a three-game skid with a 75-48 victory.

OV had a strong first half, where the team posted 42 points, which was most of their opponent's points for the entire contest.

The Vikings kept going after the break and even held Remsen to seven points in the final eight minutes.

Lukas Schieferstein went off with a team-high 36 points, including three three-pointers, five-of-seven free-throws, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals.

Konyr Clemens added 11 points and went three-for-four at the free-throw line and had eight rebounds.

Caleb Loomis posted a triple-double with 10 points, 12 assists, and 13 steals.

Owen Davis finished with a double-double with 10 points as well and 10 steals.

Gage Foster had two points in the win.

OV (6-5) hosts Cincinnatus this evening at 7 p.m.
