SIDNEY—The Bainbridge-Guilford/Afton/Harpursville wrestling team traveled to Sidney on Wednesday night, where the Bears fell 41-29 to the Sabers.

Colton Ryan won by tech fall 16-0 at 118 pounds against Broc Higley as Mason Buchanan, Andreus Juliussen, Silas Greenman, and Caleb Larsen all won by forfeits.

Gabe Cutting fell to Kellen Begeal at 126 pounds in a 1:47 pin.

Frank Parsons fought hard against Sidney's Owen Mott at 132, but fell in a 5:47 pin.

Boston Besse was pinned by Sidney's Donavin Eggleston in 2:29 in the 138 weight class.

Noah Martinez fell by tech fall to Anthony Botte 19-4 at 144 pounds.

Glen Miller III had a competitive match against Ian Macpherson, but lost in a tough 5:50 pin at 150 pounds.

BGAH's Bradley Bolster fell in a 1:39 pin against Parker Debiew at 190.

Carter Bowker lost to Sidney's Justice Steele in a 1:37 pin in an exhibition match.
