UV bowl defeats B-G

NEW BERLIN— On Friday, the Unadilla Valley Storm and the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats bowling teams faced off at Lake Street in a MAC league contest. UV boys and girls earned the victories with the Storm girls sweeping the match with the boys taking two out of three games and the series from the Bobcats.

The Storm girls defeated the Bobcats 2383 to 2135.

Natalie Smith led UV with a 522 series with a 187 in her final game.

Kylie Menard added a 476 series as Amelia Beckwith rolled a 475 series.

Sarina Bell finished with a 459 series as Layla Stevens bowled a 451 in the win.

The Lady Bobcats were led by Sophie Gold with a 470 series, including a 189 in her second game.

Tabitha Doyle followed with a 462 series while Kelly Hubbard rolled a 461 with a 202 in her final game.

Bailey Donnelly finished with a 378 series as Kassidy Middleton had a 364 series.

The Storm boys took the close 2926-2772 victory against a tough Bobcats team.

Teagin Eccleston excelled for UV with a 769 series with all 200 plus games. He had a 278 in his first game, a 259 in the second game, and a 232 in his final game.

Landin Eccleston followed with a 577 series with a 213 in his first game and a 206 in his second game.

Brayden Prentice rolled a 545 series with a 206 in his first game as Zach Dutcher finished with a 519 series.

Gavyn Bass had a 202 in his final game to finish with a 516 series.

Andrew Ireland led the Bobcats with a 590 series with a 202 in his first game and a 210 in his second game.

John Leizear rolled a 214 in his second game to add a 574 series as Ethan Beardslee finished with a 564 with a 233 in his final game. Ryan Larsen added a 554 series while Camren Cuozzo finished with a 490 series.
