B-G bowl falls to Sidney-Unatego

SIDNEY— The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats bowling team traveled to Sidney to take on Sidney-Unatego at East Main Lanes. Both the B-G boys’ and girls’ teams took a game in their league matchups, but fell overall in the contest.

The Bobcats boys’ bowling team fell to Sidney-Unatego two games to one and by a final score of 3020-2876.

Ethan Beardslee led B-G with a 646 series. He rolled a 193 in his first game, a 222 in the second, and a 231 in his final game.

Ryan Larsen followed with a 637 series, including a 226 in his first game and a 221 in his second game.

Aayden Ireland bowled a 543 series with a 213 in his first game as John Leizear finished with a 533 series with a 201 in his first game. Andrew Ireland rolled a 517 series with a 204 in his second game.

Despite the loss, the B-G boys are still in first place with four matches left.

The Lady Bobcats took the first game, but fell overall two games to one with a final score of 2266-2170.

Tabitha Doyle led B-G with a 480 series with a 209 in her first game, her highest game of the season.

Sophie Gold finished with a 454 series as Kelly Hubbard rolled a 450 series. Kassidy Middleton had a 411 series and Bailey Donnelly with a 375 series.

B-G faces Afton/Harpursville tonight at Galaxy Bowl for senior night.
