At this year’s egg hunt children will be given colorful totes, bunny ears, and printed instructions upon arrival at the egg hunt. The instructions will outline how many eggs and other items each child will be allowed to find as well as listing the other party activities. In addition to the egg hunt, there will be a balloon twister creating balloon animals, flowers and swords. There will be games, prizes, snacks, and a craft activity. Organizers say the event is designed to bring families together while encouraging a love of the library as well as community involvement.

The egg hunt is sponsored by the New Berlin Art Forum. “We are pleased to once again be partnering with New Berlin Art Forum. The Art Forum is a wonderful community-minded organization. Their support allows the New Berlin Library to offer many free events to our community,” said library director Michelle Priola. “We’re excited to welcome everyone for an afternoon of fun. Library events like this help create lasting memories and strengthen our connection with local families.”

The Egg Hunt is open to the public but registration is required to attend the event. Call, message, or stop into the library to register. The child’s name, age, and a contact number required to register.
