Sidney/Unatego’s Stacy Tuttle heads to bowling state championship
WAVERLY—SIdney/Unatego Varsity bowler Stacy Tuttle is on her way to Syracuse. On Feb 28, while competing in the State Qualifiers in Waverly, NY, Stacy was named to the Section IV All-Star Team in Division 2. She is the lone female representative of the MAC Conference making the trip. As a Freshman, Stacy finished the regular season with the 5th highest average (159.7), 3rd highest single game (228) and 4th highest series (565). During Sectional at Mid-Way Lanes on Feb 20, Stacy had the fourth highest Series (550) in Class C and eighth in all classes. She added the third highest game (229) and fourth highest Series (550) in Class C. At State qualifiers, Stacy had a 476 series in the a.m. and 521 in the p.m. series. These scores, along with the 550 at Sectionals placed her sixth overall in D2 and punched her ticket to Syracuse on Sat. March 14 for States. Congratulations and good luck Stacy!
