Harpursville/Afton baseball falls to Windsor

WINDSOR— The Harpursville/Afton baseball team traveled to take on non-league opponent Windsor on Monday afternoon, where the Crimson Hornets returned home with a 11-0 loss in just the second game of the 2026 season.

The Black Knights got ahead early and never looked back. Harpursville/Afton was held to just one hit in the contest as Liem Donahue in the very first inning.

Trenton Franklin, Donahue, and Jacob Rueffer all reached on a hit by pitch. Franklin and Rueffer also stole a base.

Donahue, Davin Warren, and Paul Shelton all pitched an inning and two-thirds for the Crimson Hornets. The trio combined for 10 earned runs, 10 hits, 10 walks, and five strikeouts in the loss.

Harpursville/Afton (0-2) heads to Schenevus on April 7 at 4:30 p.m.
