NORWICH — The bi-annual Paper Clover fundraising campaign to benefit 4-H youth will be held at nationwide Tractor Supply stores, including the Norwich store located at 5360 NY State Highway 12, beginning April 17 and running through May 3.
Tractor Supply will support the cause by offering customers the opportunity to purchase a paper clover at checkout.
"The Paper Clover funds help provide scholarships, strengthen educational programs, and support leadership and public speaking opportunities such as 4-H Camp, Career Explorations, Capital Days, STARR, and other state events for 4-H members," said 4-H Youth Development Educator Nicole Starkweather.
"Since 2010, Tractor Supply has partnered with 4-H to host a bi-annual fundraising campaign that directly benefits 4-H youth," said Starkweather.
She said 90 percent of donations directly support 4-H youth within the state where the funds are raised, while the remaining 10 percent helps grow and sustain 4-H nationally.
