Mutt Strutt at PetPalooza Saturday
NORWICH – The Chenango County SPCA is proud to announce it will be holding its 4th annual Petpalooza and dog walk Mutt Strutt. If you missed the event in years previous you missed out on a fantastic free local event with fun and entertainment for the whole family, including the family dog.
Join the CCSPCA on Saturday at the Chenango County Fairgrounds. The day begins with the Mutt Strut which is a pet parade and costume competition. Some of the fun categories this year are best costume, funniest and most glamorous costumes, best look a-like where you could win some great prizes donated by local stores.
“If you don’t have to have a pet to walk, you can still help the shelter by raising money, walk and be a part of the fun. There will something to entertain everyone with local vendors and artists, fun for the children with arts and crafts, raffles and good food with a chicken barbecue and ice cream” said Tara Sepello, programs coordinator. The SPCA will be giving out free T-shirts and stuffed goody bags for all those participants who raise over $100.
