NORWICH – City of Norwich Mayor Joseph Maiurano announced that Halloween trick-or-treating hours have been scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Maiurano would like to remind the public The National Safety Council urges motorists to be especially alert on Halloween by watching for children darting out from between parked cars and walking on the roadways, medians and curbs. Drivers are urged to enter and exit driveways and alleys with caution.
