Arts Council debuts members' exhibit

NORWICH – The Chenango County Council of the Arts is holding its annual members’ exhibit. The exhibit opens tonight with a 5 p.m. free reception in the Mariea Brown and Raymond Loft galleries, located at 27 W. Main St. The show will continue through Dec. 17. The exhibit includes dozens of original works, including sculptures, paintings, glass work and more.

The exhibit features works from the members of the Council of the Arts. Each member is allowed to submit up to three pieces in any genre they like – the only limits are those in their imaginations. “ This is always our favorite show. It has such a nice variety,” said Gallery Director Deborah Whitman.
