Morrisville plans open house

NORWICH – The public will have the opportunity to join Morrisville State College Norwich Branch Campus students, alumni, faculty and staff in a county-wide celebration of the season at its first holiday open house celebration.

The open house is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Roger W. Follett Hall on 20 Conkey Ave.

 The event focuses on connecting and re-connecting students, alumni, friends and family with each other and with faculty and staff. Surrounded by an array of classical and seasonal music by Candlelight String Quartet, the public can come and enjoy for free, as the event is sponsored by Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals.

A selection of holiday treats by area caterers was selected for the occasion. Participating caterers included are Fox Run, Parson’s Daughter, The Coffee Connection, Morrisville’s Nelson Farms Country Store, Chef Frederick and Howard Johnson’s.
