COPES CORNERS – Edmeston pitcher Katie Dennis was not perfect, as she was in the first meeting with G-MU. What the Panthers’ pitcher was, was again unhittable tossing a second no-hitter against the Raiders this season.
She fanned nine, walked one, and was supported by April Bartlett’s 3-for-4 day and one RBI. “We hit the ball at them, and again they made the plays,” said G-MU coach Tina Cole. “They have a solid defense all the way around.”
G-MU finishes 3-14.
