Greene police arrest two in attempted senior prank

GREENE – Two Greene high school students have been arrested for allegedly breaking into the school in an attempt to commit a senior prank.

Police have charged Trevor Johnson, 18, Jeffrey Heights and Andrew Gascon, 18, Chenango Forks with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools, all misdemeanors.

“We understand the appeal for graduating students to want to pull of some kind of joke at the end of the year at the school’s expense, but these kids went too far,” said Greene Police Chief Steven Dutcher.
