Class of 2007 graduates from nine local school districts earned Lucy Funke Scholarship Awards for Excellence in the Arts Wednesday. The ceremony was held in the Martin W. Kappel Theater at the Chenango County Council of the Arts. Front: Philip Sanford, Afton, Lacey Northrup, Gilbertsville-Mt.
