Congratulations on a job well-done to many Chenango County youth as they made their way to Syracuse to compete with their animals at the 2007 New York State Fair. In addition to all of these awards, Logan Stoltman was the 2007 recipient of the Youth Dairy Goat Achievement Award which is given in memory of Chenango County resident, goat breeder, and 4-H supporter, Carolyn Funk. This award recognizes to the 4-Her of the week, someone who shows exemplary citizenship (volunteering for various set ups, clean ups, etc.) during the week at State Fair. Logan is the youngest person and the first member of Chenango County 4-H to have won this award. Great job Logan!
