Kellie Whitehill and Amanda Brown had one goal and one assist, and Hailey Witchella scored her first varsity goal to lead the Blackhawks.
Friday, the Bobcats made a pair of first-half goals stand up. Kim Hart had both B-G goals.

Megan McDermott and Maria Phillipone had single goals for the Trojans (10-5) in each half for the road triumph. Phillipone’s game-winner came just 1:27 into the second half off a Jessie Bates pass.
Amanda Peek scored unassisted for UV (10-4-1), who play at B-G Wednesday.

Junior Savanna Keator swept the sprint freestyle events (50 free, 100 free), and Makenzie Williams notched a win in the 100 breaststroke. Norwich also won the meet-closing 400 freestyle relay with Keator and Lorenz teaming with Sara Loomis and Julia Simcoe.

GREENE – Greene moved toward a second straight unbeaten meet season winning its 22nd straight Friday against Afton/B-G/Oxford.
The Trojans swept all 11 events getting multiple individual wins from standouts Samantha Clink, Helen Zaengle, and Katie Crowe. Lizzy Buhl and Jayne Vermaat also had victories giving Greene an 11-0 record on the season with a third win in five days.
“As tired as they are, I’m proud of the effort they continue to put forth this late in the season,” said Greene coach Mike Platta.
Greene hosts Windsor Tuesday.

Erica DeWispelaere, Erica LaTourette, and Myranda Batsford won in straight sets for the experienced Blackhawks, who were a .500 team a season ago.
The doubles teams of Olivia Powell-Megan Phinney and Patricia Anthony-Kristen Audas also took straight sets wins. The Blackhawks move on to the Section IV Class C team sectionals later this week.

Norwich (5-7) spread its scoring evenly getting a team-low 42 Brian Carson. Freshman Jacob Kelly ensured a spot in the Section IV medalist tournament in May, and was next at 43. Eric Walling turned in a 44, while Frank Somich and John Mattingly carded 45s. “Maine-Endwell had a 222 on this course two days earlier, so that was an 18-stroke drop,” said Norwich coach Bob Branham. “A 219 on the road is a good score for us. The team has met every goal we’ve set this year, so everything else is just icing.”
Norwich hosts Sus Valley Tuesday.
