Habitat begins work on Greene project

GREENE – Chenango County Habitat for Humanity’s next house project has begun at the corner of Mill and Monell Streets in Greene. Due to severe flood damage in 2006, the house on the property needed to be demolished. The demolition was completed by Bob Anderson Oct. 30, so new construction can now begin. If you would like to be part of the new CCHH house project, can contribute any time or materials, contact Marjory Clark at 764-8341.
