Norwich presents musical showcase this weekend
The Norwich Middle School Music Department will present a musical showcase tonight and Saturday at 7 p.m. in the NHS auditorium. The 2007 showcase, under the direction of Julie M. Solomon, will feature favorite songs from screen and stage. The hour-long show will include songs from “Annie Get Your Gun,” “Cats,” “Mulan,” “Toy Story,” “Grease,” “Newsies,” “Jungle Book,” “The Hunchback of Notre Dame,” “Oklahoma,” and “The Pirates of the Caribbean.” Cast members include: Kristen French, Morgan Steward, Molly Moore, Lydia Kain, Lina Hwang, Larissa Kays, Mikala Miller, Courtney Coleman, Breanna Steward, Katarina Palmer, Lexi Jaycox, Miranda Westcott, Stiesha Jackson, Tori Giglio, Ashley Shepard, Allie Roberts, Tambria Schroeder, Brooke Russell, Savannah Knickerbocker, Josh Mahannah, Aaron Wright, Jacob Misch, Jordan Weaver, Heath Dunn, and Ian Sutton.
