Morrisville hosts cheese making seminar
MORRISVILLE – At the three day cheese and ice cream making class, participants received a wealth of information on various options of value-added farming. The class was held in Morrisville from Dec. 6 to 8.
The hands-on course sponsored by the Agriculture Development Council of Chenango County and provided through a USDA Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education grant, included twelve participants from throughout New York and Pennsylvania.
