Norwich athletes recognized
Norwich athletes, sophomore Katie Benenati, and senior Kyle Ewen, were individual representatives for the Tornado on the state tournament level this winter season. Benenati, running on the indoor track and field team, earned a spot on the Section IV team placing second in the section in the 55-meter dash timing a 6.62. Ewen won a spot on the Section IV state bowling team placing fourth in the qualifier. Ewen also rolled the school’s second-ever 300 game earlier in the season and finished his campaign with a 212 average.
