Norwich poets to read for the public

Students on Rich Bernstein’s award-winning Norwich High School poetry team are getting ready for their annual reading to the community – to be held next Thursday at 7 p.m. at Guernsey Memorial Library. The event is free and open to the public. There will be an open mic segment and refreshments will be served. Pictured at Wednesday’s after school session are Mr. Bernstein, Sammy Smith, Alexis Blatcher, Steven Spittler, Jeff Wilkinson and Joy Jerome. Standing in back are Ethan Steers, Cory Ray and Shams Harper.
