Norwich man allegedly threatens pedestrians with gun

NORWICH – Norwich City Police arrested a Norwich resident Sunday evening, after the man allegedly threatened a group of pedestrians with a shot gun.
Eric B. Coulter, 38, of 29 Mitchell St., was arrested at approximately 6:30 Sunday evening, after he allegedly pointed a 12-gauge shotgun at a group of pedestrians as they were walking in front of his residence. Coulter has been charged with one count of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, three counts of second degree menacing, misdemeanors, and three felony counts of reckless endangerment.
Coulter is being held in lock-up at the Norwich City Police Station, awaiting arraignment.
