COPES CORNERS – Otselic Valley won for the 14th time this season avenging a 17-2 loss to G-MU earlier this season.
“I thought we were playing well and we have improved, but they have really improved,” said G-MU coach Jim Johnson. “They hit the ball right from the start; I was impressed.”
OV (14-5) scored three in the first highlighted by Taylor Duell’s RBI double. Eric Wentworth led the Vikings batmen finishing 3-for-4 with three RBI. Duell, Chris Olin, Brian Graham, and David Cerasani added two hits against the Raiders’ pitching staff.
Olin went the distance for the win allowing four hits, striking out nine, and walking just two.
G-MU (10-6) has a tentative game scheduled with Hancock on Tuesday.

Class B Team Tournament
ENDICOTT – Norwich had all five of its scoring players shoot in the 90 to 95 range at En Joie Golf Club in Thursday’s Section IV, Class B Team Tournament.
The Tornado totaled 464, wel back of first-place Chenango Forks (422) to place seventh out of 10 teams.
Jacob Kelly led the Norwich contingent shooting a 90 and Ryan Cambron posted a 92. “The conditions in the morning were deplorable,” said Norwich coach Bob Branham. “It was a rainy, tough day. We had three freshmen and one eighth-grader, so it wasn’t too awfully bad. We’re looking forward to next season.”

Corey Fitzgerald led S-E (9-5) shooting a match-low 39.
Andrew Kraniak shot 42 for Hamilton.

DOLGEVILLE – Dolgeville rallied in the bottom of the seventh to pull off the non-league victory over Sherburne-Earlville (16-4) Thursday night. A box score will appear in Monday’s Evening Sun.
