NORWICH – Representatives from a major manufacturer in Utica were in Norwich last week to recognize a local business for its dedication to service.

Worldwide manufacturer Indium Corporation of America is a materials supplier to the global electronics assembly. Norwich-based printing business, The Label Gallery, has been a supplier of labels and caps for Indium for the past 10 years.

The Label Gallery owner Chris Ulatowski said he was surprised to receive the award. “We don’t treat them different than we do any of our other customers,” he said.

Nanna Flemma, a buyer for Indium, said the company’s needs are demanding, but The Label Gallery provides “a high level of service” every time.
