NORWICH – Norwich II scored seven runs in the first inning, and never let up against its fellow Norwich squad in a blowout victory Thursday night in the Otsenango Pony League.
Lucas Follett had three hits and five RBI including a bases-clearing double in the third inning. Mackay Hotaling tripled twice and finished with three hits as well. Grant Brightman and Reid Rose collected a pair of hits, while Dennis Oralls, Joe Bazarnik, Nate Winans, Mike Barnes, and Grady Thompson had one hit each.
Rose gave up three runs in the first before settling down for the five-inning, complete-game win. He allowed three hits and struck out six.

BAINBRIDGE – Jeff Jones went 2-for-2 with a double and a walk leading Unatego to an early lead in Thursday’s win over the Bainbridge Braves in Otsenango Pony League play.
Tim Parsons and Steve Patten went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Bainbridge. Patten also logged two innings of scoreless middle relief in his first pitching stint of the season.
