ST JOHN’S, Pa. – Oxford’s Rusty Smith moved into second place in the modified points standings at Mountain Speedway after picking up his third win of the season at the track last weekend.

Starting from the eighth position in the 40-lap feature, Smith moved to the front on the 14th lap, and cruised to a victory. “It’s a little chaotic getting up there (to the lead) because you need to have the right line,” Smith said. “The good things is that we have the best car, and we can go where we need to be to find the best line.”
