Six on the Square welcomes 'Just Throw Money'

OXFORD – By popular demand, 6 On The Square (6OTS) welcomes back country-rock performers, Just Throw Money, to the stage, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday,. The quartet is lively, funny and genuinely talented. Their mix of music transcends generations and is sure to please.
Just Throw Money is Johnny Banks, Doug Decker, Willy Wood and Bill Youngs. Johnny Banks is described as a “Percussionist Extraordinaire”. Doug Decker been singing and playing guitar all of his life, and as he jokingly says, “Someday I may get it right.” Willy Wood sings and plays guitar, listening and learning from his favorites like Waylon and Willie. Bill Youngs plays bass guitar and has a history of playing with rock bands.
Together these four musicians guarantee to make it a fun excursion back to the popular music of the ‘70s to now. JTM plays many of the songs that were hits and every once in a while, they will throw in one of their original songs, just to keep you on our toes. If the music moves you to get up on your feet, there is plenty of room in the back to enjoy a dance or two. Don’t miss the Just Throw Money “Acoustical Excursion!”
Purchase tickets on-line at the discounted price of $12, until the day of the show; $15 on the day of the show. Doors open at 6:30.
