NORWICH – The Norwich City Police Department is looking for a 15-year-old Town of Norwich girl who was reported missing Friday after last being seen by Norwich High School officials at noon.

Police have been searching for Haily Nicole Wilbur since her mother reported her missing Friday evening.

Wilbur attended Norwich High School in the morning hours on Friday, but officials could not locate her during afternoon classes, said Norwich Police Chief Joseph Angelino.

“She is 15, and we are concerned. We cannot confirm her location or her safety at this time,” he said.
