NORWICH – The Norwich City Police Department is still looking for a Norwich teen missing since Friday.

Fifteen-year-old Hailey Nicole Wilbur was reported missing Friday after missing several of her afternoon classes at Norwich High School. Wilbur is described as a white, five foot, three inches tall, weighing about 108 pounds. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. The teen was last seen wearing a green jacket, tight at the waist, a pink tank top, black jeans and brown flip-flops. She was wearing oval, metallic glasses and was carrying a small, shiny black purse.
