Firefighters donate food collected on the 4th
Norwich Firefighters Scott Fitzpatrick, Jason Gray, Wayne Law and Jeff Steward stand beside the more than 650 pounds of food that was collected by volunteers and the Norwich Career Firefighter’s Union at this weekend’s Fourth of July celebration at the county fairgrounds. The food was collected during Friday’s events when admission was only a non-perishable food item. The five barrels of food were handed over to Roots and Wings in Norwich, operated by Catholic Charities.
