First career ace for Crandall
PLYMOUTH – Norwich resident, Brett Crandall, picked up his first career hole-in-one, Sunday, Aug. 23 at Canasawacta Country Club.
Playing with Mark Hesse and Fred Rivenburg, Crandall used a 6-iron from the back tees on the 180-yard, uphill 14th hole. Hitting to a pin placement on the back-third of the green, Crandall’s shot hit past the pin position and backed into the cup.
Crandall wound up shooting a career-best 3-under-par 32 on the C.C.C. back nine.
