Puckering up for a good cause
Margaret Hoose, Early Childhood advisor at Norwich’s Morrisville State College campus, made good on a bet Monday morning by puckering up for a pig. Last year, Morrisville students competed in a food drive, with the Human Service Organization winning the challenge. This year, interim Dean Marsha Cornelius has agreed to take on the challenge, and a new food drive is underway. The food collected is donated to local food pantries. The Human Service Organization is holding a silent auction today until 6:30 p.m. in the campus lobby, 20 Conkey Ave., Norwich.
