NEW BERLIN – Unadilla Valley opened its season with a sweep of Bainbridge-Guilford, 25-14, 25-20, 25-23.

Emily Hutchinson had 11 aces and three kills for the Storm, while Sara Rifanburg added four kills and a team-high five assists.

Stephanie Mulhair led B-G with six kills and three assists.

UV hosts Walton on Tuesday.
