NORWICH – Norwich will host the 14th Annual Tom Schwan Memorial Basketball Tournament tonight and Saturday, Nov. 27 at Jack Jones Gymnasium.

Norwich will face Oxford in opening-round JV and varsity contests at 1 and 7 p.m. respectively, while Section III’s Oneida meets Massena at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
