NORWICH – Bruce Beadle Realty, which has served the region for more than 30 years, has merged with RealtyUSA, the largest independent real estate company in New York State. The transaction closed Dec. 18.

“We were in the right place at the right time, and it was the right move,” said Beadle. “We feel that, because of the size of RealtyUSA’s operation, we’ll be able to do things we couldn’t do as a smaller broker.”

With 55 offices and more than 2,500 agents and employees, RealtyUSA ranks within the top five independent real estate firms nationwide. It offers a lot of programs that aid both buyers and sellers, according to Beadle, with home warranties and job loss protection just a couple of examples.
