Norwich Spring Concert tonight

NORWICH – Norwich High School Music Department will present Spring Concert I at 7 tonight in the High School Auditorium. Featured on the program are the Concert and Symphonic Bands, String Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble and the Treble and Mixed Choirs. One especially interesting selection on the program features trumpeter Alison Brown, on “Trumpeter’s Lullaby” joined by the combined bands and orchestra.
The Mixed Choir will present four movements from Requiem by John Rutter, showcasing soloists Shannon Richards and Shannon Stark. The choir will be accompanied by Susan Ticknor on piano, and oboist Susan Marson.
