Paint rebate available to city homeowners
NORWICH – The City of Norwich is once again offering an incentive this painting season for city homeowners to spruce up their properties. The city will rebate $7 per gallon for up to 20 gallons of exterior paint used on a house. Participants just need to submit the sales receipt from any paint retailer and the dry paint can lids to the Office of Community Development at City Hall. After the paint work is confirmed by city staff, a check will be mailed to the homeowner.
The program ends on Oct. 31, 2010, or earlier if program funds are exhausted.
