Local athletes garner top seeds at state qualifier
VESTAL – Vestal High School will host the 2010 Section IV state qualifier beginning today at 3 p.m.
Juniors Chad Noelle of Greene and Katie Woodford of Oxford enter the qualifier as top seeds, as is B-G/Afton senior Mike Loitsch. Noelle has the best times this season it the 1,600- and 3,200-meter races, while Woodford is the number one seed in the 100-meter dash. Loitsch is the top seed in the 200-meter dash.
