Above, Brandon Irwin-Britton (left) and Norm Chesebro bowled 800 series’ at Hi-Skor Lanes in Earlville during spring bowling this year. irwin-Britton had games of 279, 286, and 263 for an 828 series, the highest competiive series in the 61-year history of the lanes. Chesebro had games of 290, 258, and 256 for an 804 series in the couples league. Each bowler began bowling as youths in the Hi-Skor junior leagues, said lanes proprietor, Donna Stratton.
